I like that I can record meetings where multiple participants are in a conference room and others are remote and it still tags each voice correctly. With other solutions, it's based on each video/audio feed. This means if there are 3 people in-person in a conference room, it counts this all as one person. With otter, I can just put my phone on the table with the app open and it labels everyone correctly in the transcript. I don't even have to have my computer with me or be logged into the meeting. Also there's not a AI attendee to the meeting, which feels intrusive sometimes.

I mostly rely on Otter AI for real-time transcription & summarising meetings, which saves a lot of time in the discussions. Accurate transcriptions and summaries save users valuable time. I enjoyed using this service very much while using it in my last company.

I use Otter.ai for note-taking and appreciate its ability to capture important details like time and date. I also like that I can ask Otter questions about something, and it can answer the questions, which aids in my note-taking process. The initial setup was easy enough due to having assistance with the installation. I rate Otter.ai 9 out of 10.
