Orum is an impressive and innovative tool that has greatly enhanced our workflow. The support team is responsive and highly effective, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed. It does take some hand holding in the beginning for setup, but once that's complete, it's pretty straight forward!

Orum is a robust Dialer. We tested 4 separate dialers and Orum came out the winer. It had the quickest connect time when parallel dialling. Even with using a CSV for the trial period. our team was able to 2.5X their efficiency. Our team is located all over the world and we found the timezone filter to be an amazing function and we were very surprised that more dialers do not offer this feature. They also had the best integration with Hubspot. As a manager, I really appriciate all the insights and analytics they offer as well. It makes it really easy to know what is going on with my team. The Orum team has been great as well and we are looking forward to a long partnership with them.
