The software has been super useful and has helped us to cut down our user acceptance time by about half. It is pretty user friendly once you get the hang of it. The customer service is top notch. They are very involved in the intital setup to help ensure the software is configured in a way that makes sense for your own workflows. They also continue to follow up regurlarly to make sure the product is still working for you and are very responsive to any issues you may have.
