The functionality regarding the control and distribtion of peole having to do tests.

i love that you do not have to recreate an event to find a defect / bug - everything is recorded and easy to access so you can see right away what the user experienced. we have used the system for more than testing, we created videos of how to use our new system - these have been converted into how to guides and have aided in writing test steps while we are still training ourselves. this is not the designated use of Orginal software but it it has been such an added bonus. Ease of using the system - once you get going it is very intuitive and simple to use. My customer success manager Mark Wheatly has been exceptional, he is very supportive, he listens to all my questions and comments and will come back to be with suggestions for how i can use the system better, becuase he has been thinking about what we are trying to do and has ideas to constantly improve our testing processes. he always has time, even when i've given him large problems to solve with no warning. he has also built my confidence when i've needed it.
