You can tell this LIS is developed with the lab in mind. There are a lot of features that come with the package that are missing in other platforms. The test dictionaries are easily navigated and the system can be customized to you lab pretty easily. My experience in using this system is in a small rural lab, and it has been great so far. We have no issues training new employees on it's use. Many of them comment on how easy it was to learn and use. We have few issues interfacing to other vendors as well. This is a big deal in today's electronic based healthcare records.
