OpenTable is a great platform for reservations and member profiles.

OpenTable is super easy to use when in a busy environment when booking reservations for a restaurant or creating a member profile in the guest book. This allows for easy edits.

I like how the table on the app will turn green to let the host know that a table has paid. It's great for gettin ready to turn tables near finishing

The process of integrating OpenTable was easy + they had great tutorials to help our team understand the system. It was very effortless integrating the system across our channels and got set up quick. The system itself has helped our team manage reservations and seating throughout the restaurants better and given us a clean look at reservations + great analytics to track progress! Our team that wasnt familar picked up on it quickly.
