After 17 Year of Use, It Just Gets Better and Better!
The ease of use and being able to save customer information is essential as we work with many repeat guests and groups. I was one of the first users as an adminstrator back in 2006, and it has only become easier and more useful as time has gone by.

OpenTable does what it says it'll do and does it pretty well. Support's good when needed.

In the past I would have to call around to individual restaurants in order to make a reservation. This was time consuming and often there was no answer due to them being busy.
