One entry to auto update the other systems. Works great with multiple divisions, like manufacturing and distribution as the same.

Our company likes the PO system the best. IT is nicely designed and meet our needs effectively. Additionally the PO system has a nice feature that identifies inventory shortages and allows our purchasing rep to easily reorder.
