We have not liked the work flow processes. It is a little difficult to configure them for out of the box use. We would like to see more concise guides or more defaults implemented to allow for basic use. Navigating through the different modules is very user friendly, the guided shortcuts give a good idea of the flow and function of that process.

The reporting is not as detailed as I would like it and it is sometimes difficult to know what report will provide the information you are looking for.

i love this accounting software. it does what it is supposed to do. I generate trial balances, financials. the inventory is the latest feature that I do appreciate right now. Easy to use.
