I love that I can search the DAM for anything and get results almost instantly. I have instant access to almost our entire photo library at a glance, which is huge for me, especially when traveling.

The support staff with OpenAsset is INCREDIBLE. They are always ready to teach and have such patience with a learning team. OpenAsset is being integrated into our company for use, and everyone with OpenAsset training/support are the reason we are able to do so.

Search-ability, key wording and tagging, and the many useful features. Open Asset has worked well for our team allowing us to utilize and share project and process photos easily. I heavily use the integration with InDesign, but it could use some work.
