The Opal team is really great. They're really responsive and very helpful. It's clear that they're eager to make their customers happy. Opal has become a critical part of our daily workflows. We use the Opal Slack feature a lot, and it's helped speed up access requests.

Opal's has designed every feature perfectly. I personally LOVE their least privilege automation. I can comfortably know that someone who was given production database access while they're oncall won't have it after their rotation. I've also heard resounding reviews from our more technical engineers on its implementation. It's definitely made for developers and admins intelligently.
