Good product for compliance work
The user interface has a clean and simple look. There are a lot of online help resources and the staff is professional and easy to work with. The team appear to take feedback and they use it to impove the product.

The tools are configured with privacy minded individuals. Privacy Assessments are easy to configure if you want to create your own, or you can use out of the box assessments that are pretty good depending on the size of your business. Answers are collected and stored in the Data Mapping tool, where you have the ability to create reports, or again use out of the box reports for things like your RoPA.

I personally enjoy how customizable OneTrust is when tailoring it to the needs of your organization and how thier UI makes it simple navigate between different modules. The platform itself has a ton of resources to answer any questions that you have when it comes to implementation and troubleshooting which really helps when starting newer projects by having that guidence there for support to make things easier to integrate into your project needs.
