Very pleased overall with the One Trust Product and Support
The One Trust Privacy Automation module is intuitive and easy to configure. The platform is reliable and stable - I have not experienced any outages or other concerns. Handling privacy requests properly is critical to stay compliant and I feel confident that this can be achieved using the One Trust platform. In the course of the 5 years - I've had good and not so good support since we did not purchase the Enterprise Support. However, I have been very happy with our new Account Representative and the additional features available for support (access to support calls, support calendars).

Customizable, robust TPRM solution
Ability to quickly create/customize templates with logic, and create alternate workflows. API integrations with other solutions are possible. OT seems to be focusing on building out the TPRM module for more functionality and using customer recommendations for development which is a big plus. Integrated Power BI environment for reporting, greatly expands reporting options. Customer success manager and OT support are top notch.
