I love how I can send and track all my to-dos in one place. It is a memory savor when I am constantly being interrupted. The developers care about Office Otter and its users; they are always listenting for ways to improve it.

Probably my favorite feature is that you can send a text message with a task and a hashtag with a time frame for when it's due and it automatically adds all of this to your Office Otter to-do list. That means that even when I don't have enough cell signal for data that would be required by an app or an online service, I can still get a text message through so I can add to my to-do list and get back to whatever I was doing at that moment. You can also email or Slack a task to Office Otter if that's your preferred method, in addition to typing it in on their website. The whole system is quite streamlined and they seem to be doing a good job of getting better at what they mean to be: a task list. They are expanding options to streamline the process and make things more efficient and user-friendly without cluttering things up with features the users don't need yet one more app to do. I also have appreciated how they are listening to their users -- I've seen suggestions from me and others become full features in a relatively short amount of time.

I like the simplicity of the site and the way it auto-pulls my most urgent to-do's to the top. It's as close to a paper to-do list as possible but on my computer!
