NinjaOne RMM allows us easily and quickly develop new integrations between all other applications that we imploy to best support our clients. We mainly use their API to automate many of the common issues and to generate in depth, custom reports that are endlessly valuable to our clients. Their baseline featurs now allow you to automate much of the featurs we automated on our own using their builtin script editor.

In a large company/client pool the ability to find any machine in the search bar using either a serial number, username, or device name and being able to connect in in less then 10 seconds is very helpful at saving time.
