I really appreciate the community around NinjaOne. I also really like the support platform and the ability to participate in the direction of development for the platform. In addition to the support platform itself, the support staff are also top of the charts. They are not just break/fix support, they are willing to think creatively to come up with out of the box solutions to problems that may not have straightforward solutions. That's worth its weight in gold for me.
What I like best is how easy NinjaOne is to use and to implement. The web interface is clear and intuitive. Regular updates bring many new useful functions. Ninja One has now become one of our most important tools and we use it every day. Customer support has always responded quickly and tried to solve problems as quickly as possible. I would particularly like to emphasize how easy the integration was. In my opinion a product like no other
Common sense design/interface helped us run with this product from day one with no complications. Deployment was a breeze and the at hand data that became available regarding all deployed nodes was next generation.
