NinjaOne makes it easy to track my assets - and along with that, I have ticketing that we use for our IT deparetment. I really like the search features that Ninja has. Whether it is searching for devices, and especially in ticketing, the search feature is robust and in depth. It works well for finding past events or issues, that have to be revisited.
What I like the most about NinjaOne is the Dojo. A bunch of users like myself come together with fixes or scripts already made if you are trying to find or write one to update or push a particular application. It is so easy to use though when you get it going and the implementation process is easy. Customer support is always there, we use it all the time as well it is our main source we use for all scripts, pushing updates, seeing alerts etc.
