The interface is very easy to use and support team is great whenever we have questions.

CMD and Powershell commands, integrations with A/V and customization alerts, Mobile app is very useful as well

Our use of NinjaOne is invaluable to our staff as we are a two-man operation with 4 schools and a central office. We use it for its remote capabilities to cut down on travel and response time. Endpoint management, Remote monitoring and management, Patch management, and inventory are the main uses we take advantage of from the NinjaOne suite of products. The application is simple to distribute to the endpoints. Customer support, when needed has been excellent and timely.
