It´s easy to understand. Simple usage and incredible good for remote support. the implementation on new devices is also very simple. I´m using NinjaOne everyday. A lot of features like Remote Shell, Filexplorer without even connecting to the customers client, using scripts and much more. I didnt have a lot contact with the customer support, but heard all the best.
