NinjaOne makes managing our IT infrastructure incredibly simple; from patch management to the recently added software upload and distribution service, and being able to deploy scripts and provide remote assistance at the click of a button, it makes everything simple. Implementing on new devices is incredibly easy, and there are a plethora of available integrations with existing products to make managing or monitoring everything from a central panel possible. We've been using NinjaOne for about four years now, and it has been a real game changer for us when it comes to managing our various sites with a very small IT team. In the one or two cases where we'd needed to reach out to support, we've received a great service from both our account rep and the support team as a whole, and they do a great job of keeping you up to date with the latest features available on the platform.
