Usefull DEX tool in terms of features

I like the simplicity of installation procedure. We can install nexthink agent just like that by few clicks. As we are working on Customer support, we can easily foundout the issue with the Asset by look after logs. And also we have integrated with servicenow also for faster resolution of incidents related to assets. Also i like the feature of remote actions and campaigns. Overall a good tool for enterprise asset management.

Nexthink is a well-rounded tool that should be a staple for any field technician. The confidence in troubleshooting with Nexthink is a whole other level of maintenance. There are many things that Nexthink does exceptionally well; one of them is the campaign and one-click remote action combo, where you can announce and get consent from end-users to remediate issues on their devices. This is a perk that many may overlook. While obtaining the users' approval and addressing an issue remotely that may have caused much more chaos is highly commendable on its own, it also reflects the amount of insight, digital experience, and influence the department is actually capable of. IT and maintenance departments usually struggle with recognition on for their work, as doing a good job in these industries means that, in ensuring stability you tend to make fewer appearances and headlines.
