NetX has a huge range of features that can accommodate many different workflows and use cases, but the interface is so well designed that you never feel overwhelmed by options. The UX is very intuitive and clear. The onboarding process was extremely well-planned and thorough so that our team was well-equipped to jump right in on launch day. In the first month of use, we saw huge improvements in our teams' productivity and feel that we're now really well set up for future growth. We feel very supported by the NetX tech support site as well as the team from the demo all the way through implementation. We looked at dozens of DAMs and could not have been happier with choosing NetX.

NetX is straightforward to set up once you work with your implementation partner to get the process started. It integrated pretty seamlessly with our archival system once we identified the metadata fields we wanted to sync over to NetX. We were able to get our system up and running pretty soon after starting the project. The one item to be aware about is managing your intermediate database, unless you're fine with a direct connection from NetX to your archiving system. For us, we went with the former for our own purposes, and the team at NetX were helpful in troubleshooting a slight problem we had. Now that everything's set up, we're good to go!

The onboarding process was great, it was really informative and customizable to our needs. We also found implementing / setting up the DAM to be relatively intuitive and user-friendly. Additionally, when we've needed support, NetX has been quick to respond to our requests.
