The UI is fairly easy to intuit, with drag and drop making it easy to upload assets. The API makes custom-built integrations a breeze. The permissions (which are currently in the process of being overhauled) are unintuitive and hard to navigate, one small change can cause a butterfly affect. I'm hoping the overhaul improves the system because it's our biggest pain point. When doing heavy lifting either through bulk uploads or bulk edits, the system can get sluggish or unresponsive - usually resulting in waiting a few hours or until the next day to finish a project. NetX has excellent customer service. Onboarding was thorough and the migration into NetX was very smooth. The admin functions of the system are robust and the documentation in the Knowledge Base makes everything very easy. NetX is straightforward to set up once you work with your implementation partner to get the process started. It integrated pretty seamlessly with our archival system once we identified the metadata fields we wanted to sync over to NetX. We were able to get our system up and running pretty soon after starting the project. The one item to be aware about is managing your intermediate database, unless you're fine with a direct connection from NetX to your archiving system.

NetX has a huge range of features that can accommodate many different workflows and use cases, but the interface is so well designed that you never feel overwhelmed by options. The UX is very intuitive and clear. The onboarding process was extremely well-planned and thorough so that our team was well-equipped to jump right in on launch day. In the first month of use, we saw huge improvements in our teams' productivity and feel that we're now really well set up for future growth. We feel very supported by the NetX tech support site as well as the team from the demo all the way through implementation.
