Their Customer Support team is exceptionally tailored to our needs. We use it to create controlled environments for our tool, showcasing best practices for our academy, on every course every month.

I like how it helps to create quick flows from images and app url captures. The edit option for url capture is a life saver and I have avoided a lot of rework and dependency on tech team to change the in-app text. I like the draft live view. Helps for instant changes and seeing it live immediately and improve as you go.

Not only is it a pretty straightforward tool, the customization options are really impressive. I'm able to delete items out of screens and tether tool tips to a specific component. As someone who's worked on interactive demos at every tech company that I've worked for, I've yet to see anyone else provide this level of customization detail. Also HUGE shoutout to the chat based support team — they're always so helpful and very responsive.
