What is most helpful about NL is that it is a secure cloud based system that can be accessed anywhere, at any time! I used to use the paper method prior to NL, taking actual notes during interviews, struggling to keep up with organizing Family Applications. Now, I receive emails alerting me when new candidates and families submit their applications, along with a TON of other automated processes!
