"Responsive and Right-Sized Software for My Nanny Agency"

What do you like best about NannyLogic?

What do you dislike about NannyLogic?

Nanny Logic is a small, but mighty team. "Extras" or "Nice-to-Have" features may take a few months to materialize after being suggested, but once the feature is rolled out, they are immediately functional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NannyLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are surprisingly few CRM softwares made specifically for nanny agencies and household staffing firms. Even fewer if you're looking for a simple, intuitive layout that is easy to navigate and customize. What do you like best about NannyLogic?

What is most helpful about NL is that it is a secure cloud based system that can be accessed anywhere, at any time! I used to use the paper method prior to NL, taking actual notes during interviews, struggling to keep up with organizing Family Applications. What do you dislike about NannyLogic?

I wish I could speak to what I don't like, but I like everything. The Customer Support is readily available, every single time I've had a question, or wanted feedback. And they are adding new features and upgrades all the time, when I think it can't get better... it does! I use Nanny Logic everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NannyLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hosting all of my candidate confidential information and documents like when they upload a license, or emergency contact, its all in one place, I can create job posts, share with my team in one click, and I used to make the nanny profiles myself which took up to 2 hours per profile. First of all, we were apprehensive about embracing change, especially with the introduction of an almost entirely automated platform. However, our initial fears have been completely replaced with joy and satisfaction. This transition has proven to be a game changer for us in so many ways. Not only has it saved us valuable time, but the level of customer service and convenience it offers is unparalleled. With profiles automatically generated, navigating through tasks has become effortless. Making the decision to adopt this automated system has undoubtedly been one of the best choices we've made.
