I like how this product is so easy to use yet it enables us to do the complex personalization experiences we want. The direct integration with 6sense has been amazing! The AI and playbook recommendations have also made our jobs that much easier. It also has some prebuilt side pops, banners, etc. that make getting up and running quick! Lastly, the customer support and onboarding have been some of the best I have experienced! It is great to be able to easily access help through the platform's chat widget or slack.

The product is easy to use and does what it says it will do, but the best part is the support that my Mutiny rep gives. She is absolutely fantastic at aiding in any Qs we have and gives us ideas of what else we ould do. just so good.
