Our customer support rep (Wayne) is a rockstar! He checks in to ensure everything is going ok and is always willing to assist when we have issues with the system or a unit. I switched from a different platform to Motive and haven't looked back. The ability to monitor our drivers and get real time notifications when there's an accident has been a game changer.
