Reliable and easy to use

|Motive
I like using motive for 2 things mainly, it is accurate and easy to use even on the go! it is very easy to implement on a day to day basis as we are a trucking company so we use it daily. it is also very easy to integrate with our trucking software. customer support is also a key feature as to why we use motive as they are always available for us to use if need be.

i really like the service and accurate info that motive provieds which made it easy for me to keep track of all the drivers and their precise location. also, it never gave me any hard time .

Great Customer Service

|Motive
I work with Motive daily, and they are usually very quick to provide support when we need it. We have a lot of units, and it seems like someone always needs help troubleshooting. We make a call or e-mail, and they are usually able to fix the issues quickly, leaving no downtime. They take our requests seriously and they help make us the appropriate reports that we require for any audits or just for ease. I recommend Motive, The field staff who use the driver app have a very easy time and rarely have any issues ever. They all find the app super easy to use and with the tutorials, they never seem to have many questions after. The equipment is fairly easy to install and the cords are always long enough to be able to hide them in the dash or visors.
