The reliability and ease of use. Very quick responses from customer support for any day to day questions. Easy to use even if you don't use the software everyday. A lot of customization available. Very easy to learn and a lot of training.

Reliable and easy to use
I like using motive for 2 things mainly, it is accurate and easy to use even on the go! it is very easy to implement on a day to day basis as we are a trucking company so we use it daily. it is also very easy to integrate with our trucking software. customer support is also a key feature as to why we use motive as they are always available for us to use if need be.
