The dashboard is the best feature to remind you of an upcoming or overdue task. The chat feature is great for communicating between teams and tracking progress. It is simple to update a job and clearly shows the impact on the delayed projects. For the PM's out there -- the project dashboard is super helpful for tracking those projects that are slipping or have someone not performing. We don't use all the features currently; however, as we grow in the business, we will enable and unlock the program's potential.
