One of the best extensions available or there

|SSMS Tools Pack
There is a wide array of utilities that proved to be very useful for us from db development and analytics perspective. mentioned the few key ones :- 1. Its Execution plan analyser proved to be the best in class for efficiently reduction query troubleshooting time. 2. Connection coloring feature helped a lot in accurately working between multiple dbs.
