Highly Effective for Gym Operations, Excellent Support

I use Mindbody as a POS and CRM system, and it solves both operational and customer management challenges for me. I find it easy to navigate, which is great. The chat support is really helpful too. A new feature, the marketing option, brings new leads, which is promising. Finally, it's a great system to have for a gym, and the initial setup was pretty easy. We've been with Mindbody for 11 years, which speaks to its reliability.

Great all in one software for Gym Management with Room for Email Improvements

I like that Mindbody has everything together. I can process credit card payments, schedule clients, call clients, use text reminders, and send emails on birthdays and monthly sales campaigns. It just makes life easy by having everything in one piece of software without needing a POS system. I can handle all tasks within one program, which is a big convenience.
