The platform has lots of great content that is updated regularly and can be deployed quickly with little effort. Engagment with our customer success manager is very positive, and they are always available for questions or help.

We have started our journey with MetaCompliance about 2 years ago. What I like best: a lot of good-quality content available! I find the platform really flexible and we can implement with that everything what we were expecting from such a platform. I especially like the campaigns module – very nice feature, it's very nice that they can be changed anytime, when they are active as well. Very very good support and customer service from the MetaCompliance, so that we are not alone with the system. They are really professional and taking their time to help us, and give tips based on their experience. I worked with a lot of other system supports and I have never met such a great customer service before. The phishing module is great as well, with a lot of customizable templates, reporting and learning experience. And - the platform is continuously evolving, they are constantly working on new content / new features.

It is very easy to use and it has several different functionalities, all in one platform. Trainings are on a variety of matters, and they are entretained and interesting. Great support and help for all their team!
