The best feature of the security awareness training is that the content is very insightful and covers all the key areas of cyber security, whilst still being a nice viewing experience for the user without a heavy use of technical terminology. I think this may stem from the cartoon-style content within the videos and images. This is a light-hearted approach which keeps the content entertaining, yet still manages to deliver the education very effectively. We've also had users compliment us on how simple the platform is to use and that they've gone back over the training months later as a refresher, which means they must have enjoyed it! We utilised the customer support when linking MetaCompliance with Azure, allowing us to use Microsoft single sign on, which was very easy to integrate and the support team were very helpful for any questions we had during implementation. Overall a fantastic product and would recommend to anyone looking to educate their organisation in the ever-growing risk of cyber security.
