|MetaCompliance Security Awareness Training
The support we get from the MetaCompliance team has been really good. This has included numerous video calls, emails, and a face-to-face visit. The team have tried to understand our goals and have helped us with better ways of using the system. We have a dedicated Customer Success Manager who has been readily available and has followed through with agreed objectives. The system is fairly easy to navigate though our use is relatively limited at the moment. The catalogue of available training sessions is vast.

Easy to use and creative approaches.

The eLearning training provided by Metacompliance is creative and easy to use. Their material is engaging and provides a lot of variety in the content, which keeps learners engaged. The team at Metacompliance has also been very supportive and gone the extra mile to get involved with our organisation in ways that will continue to engage our learners.

The staff are very engaged and helpful particularly the account managers. Support staff revert very quickly. Wide and varied amount of training videos and phishing emails.
