It's an all in one solution, being able to sit down and plan ahead our entire education for cyber security for the year while having the flexibility to roll out more as we sit fit, its a crucial tool in our toolkit for ensuring we are doing our best to equip users with the knowledge and skills to recognise threats. The customer service we received during our onboarding and integration was absolutely fantastic, regular calls, tech support - everything we needed to get started and roll out our first campaign was covered. As the product is a cloud solution we integrated with Active Directory and setup security groups to enable registration to certain content pools. We have also leaned heavily into the Cyber Police content which we receive consistent great feedback on and is frequently viewed by our users.

Being able to use MetaCompliance training through MS Teams is very useful and allows the majority of staff to access training in an instant. The MetaCompliance web portal is user-friendly and is straightforward to use once you understand it's navigation and features. Support from MetaCompliance is great and they are always there to help. This can be through a teams meeting, email or even through Teams chat to try help answer any queries that you may have.
