MetaCompliance is a great platform for building security awareness training. It’s user-friendly, and the content, along with short videos, makes the training easy to understand and allows longer sessions to be broken into manageable parts. The reporting features are also very useful for tracking progress. The FAQ questions as well are really helpful. I have been working with Sean Russell for over a year, and he is very supportive. I find the monthly meetings particularly useful, as he shares updates, provides advice on various system-related topics, and training related. Thanks Sean for all your support.

As an admin it's very quick and easy to upload new content and assign it to users. The reporting is very user friendly and allows me to get insights into completion via user or via course. If we ever have any questions or additional requests Customer Success Manager, Sean Russell has always been very helpful with these and will put something in place to help us.
