The portals are easy for client managers to set up and host all of the key resources related to the relationship (links, pdfs, embeds, videos, action plans, etc.). CRM works great for business objectives

We are following the Baseline Selling sales methodology. Membrain works synergystically with the sales process, and is helpful in identifying areas that are light on information, and is certainly a reminder to ask more questions. As we all know, the more questions that you ask, the more you will discover about your client.

Does what we need it to do. Doesn't overcomplicate

It is simple and only displays what we need. Doesn't take you too far in the weeds. It is easy to see exactly where we are to projections. Overall, it meets our need.
