Solid, flexible CRM that looks *great*

I'm a new Membrain user, but I've been impressed by how quickly I was able to get up to speed with the Membrain product. Membrain's product design (everything looks polished vs. pretty mainframe for other CRMs). They offer a Kanban sales structure that I thought I didn't need, but that's turned out to be helpful in pushing for a close at the right time and gathering the right information. Very different from what I've used elsewhere. And I like the product's ability to visually display the corporate structure and relationships inside a big organization, isolate naysayers, and grow revenue within divisions easily. Also - super helpful pre-sales, and I'm impressed with their setup allowing use of the product up to a limited number of records. Makes getting started easy.
