MCM is very user friendly and visually pleasing.

MMC is the best software I have found for pure account visualization and mapping. It is easy to edit accounts, and use colorful map pins to distinguish between different account types. I do not use the routing function, but other programs weigh heavily on this so they do not suit my needs as well as MMC.

I love the mobile capabilities to easily log and identify opportunities/call points from the field. No more logging into my hotspot 100 times a day just to fill out my CRM. More time focusing on key aspects of field sales and driving revenues & growth. Categorizing my customers based upon account tiers to be more strategic with where I spend my time each day.
