I liked being able to review proofs at the same time as my colleagues. I also appreciated having all the proofs in one place, which made it easier to stay organized and keep track of everything.

Integrating Lytho into our team's workflow has been one of, if not *the*, best decisions we've made. We were previously using a file folder system that wasn't efficient (or digital) and made every marketing request take longer than it needed. Lytho now allows us to accept all types of marketing requests, include everyone needed to review the proof digitally (with convenient markup tools and a comment section), and provide deliverables that are easy to access and download. Our team takes advantage of the various templates and forms you can create to make project management and routing faster. Since first adopting Lytho, we've also implemented various tags/statuses for better organization. The customer service is amazing, and the support team is so quick to address issues. Your assigned customer success manager is also a great resource and keeps in touch to share helpful updates as well as pass requests/concerns on to their development team. In addition to Lytho workflow, we also use the digital asset manager (DAM). Some things we love about the DAM: - Sending upload requests to our photographers for images that can be pre-tagged - Presets that allow us to automatically downsize hi-res images - Pulling photos directly from the DAM into Lytho workflow (and other integrated features) - Easily create new tags when needed

I like the review system in Lytho and find the email test proofing to be beneficial. The initial setup experience was positive, thanks to our implementation lead who was fabulous. I also appreciate their support team for being super responsive and providing a lot of 1:1 support.
