What I personally like about Luigi's Box is the stellar search speed and at the same time very accurate results. As for implementation, it takes a while, but after that you can enjoy excellent search, whisperer and other features. Regarding support, I praise their approach, they respond quickly and their recommendations are clear and understandable.

I can confirm that Luigi's Box is interesting and useful for ordinary users - even if they don't know they are using Luigi's Box search. Users like it more than the old search and their user experience is better. As for the frequency of use - regular users use LB Search every day, we admins only need to check the stats a couple of times a week. As for customer support - it's great! It's best when you don't need support, but when you do, they are happy to help.

It helped us a lot with internal search optimization. The search results now just makes sense. It was also very easy to implement and for a reasonable price. The new UI with analytics and full customization is also a very useful feature.
