What I like most is that Luigi's Box is completely outside the computing resources of the e-shop. Before that, we used a solution for Woocommerce, which was a burden on the server and caused problems. With Luigisbox, it's different, all indexing and searching is done on their servers, which is an advantage. The integration was very simple and intuitive. They have a tool for replacing the original search on the e-shop. The user can pair products themselves in the interface. We had a problem with variable products, which the support solved by taking care of processing all feeds and solving it. From a business point of view, we noticed that products that people had not discovered before started to sell. It is clear that artificial intelligence in search can offer people what they are looking for. When communicating with the sales department, the salesman was also helpful and was able to understand the short-term increased traffic to our e-shop by various Chinese bots. The Luigi's Box service definitely has its payback and is worth its price.

The greatest strength for me is the combination of very good UI/UX and powerful search. The results are relevant, fast, and the frontend appears clean and modern, which directly positively impacts the user experience. The integrations (e.g., in Shopware) are also generally well implementable and offer many possibilities, especially in conjunction with the recommenders. From my perspective, these have great potential for increasing revenue and improving shopping carts. The performance is overall strong, both in search and recommendations. Combined with the AI-based features, this ensures noticeably smarter product display. In terms of pricing, one must familiarize themselves with the model (units), but with proper use, a positive ROI is definitely realistic. I would also like to particularly highlight the support and onboarding team: fast, helpful, and open to feedback – which is extremely important in such a setup.
