The templates for each platform are a godsend, and I'm sure over time we will find more things we like. The support team is definitely a highlight, with their 24/7 support hours and friendly, knowledgeable, patient team. We always feel that the support team is there for us, and it's comfortable to ask even basic questions, receiving judgement-free help. The initial setup was very easy, which was a nice experience for our team.
