I find LitCommerce to be a huge time saver for listing distribution from Shopify to other platforms. I appreciate that it enables us to use metafields and accurately transfers them, which is a big help. The templates for each platform are a godsend, and I'm sure over time we will find more things we like. The support team is definitely a highlight, with their 24/7 support hours and friendly, knowledgeable, patient team. We always feel that the support team is there for us, and it's comfortable to ask even basic questions, receiving judgement-free help. I use LitCommerce for listing my Shopify products to eBay. It solves the issue of stock control across two selling platforms and simplifies listing my products to eBay, giving me more time to focus on the running of my website. I find it easy to use and cost-effective. But beyond that, the support provided by the team at LitCommerce is fantastic. They are friendly, always available, and very responsive, going above and beyond to help sort out any issues. They provide solutions with clear screenshots and explain exactly what I need to do and why. When I first started using LitCommerce, they helped me map SKU from Shopify to eBay using the product name. Even though it's not always intuitive, the support more than makes up for that. I love how LitCommerce allows me to sync multiple sales channels like Squarespace and Etsy. The customer service is top-notch; they always reply quickly and explain things clearly. Making bulk changes to the Product Change Log back to my Etsy channel. Allowing me to sort the Etsy channel to reflect the Product Change Log and or allowing me bulk edit the Product Change Log back to my Etsy channel such as changes to variants and shipping requirements. I like that LitCommerce provides great value for the cost and is effective in solving multichannel selling. The automatic quantity updates on Etsy are really helpful.
