Rather then access up to 15 different order portals every day, we now have one central place to access the orders, which is really helpful. The fact that we integrate with our carriers and the shipping information is entered automatically into the marketplace portals is a significant admin time saving for us and we believe saves us around 2hrs per day. It's also a very cost effective modelling. We were previously using a partner who charged a % of turnover, but the Linnworks pricing model means we can profitably grow. We didn't require a huge amount of onboarding support, but the team was then when we needed them.
