The interface and options, I think, are very well thought out so that there is very little friction for me to easily log in, pull up my template, draft a note, address, and send it to a client when I finish a project. I compared several platforms offering similar services and liked the pricing structure that LetterLabs offered. I am still a fan of snail mail and think that sending thank-you cards or other mailings to my clients makes a good impact for me as a small business owner.

It's easy to create re-usable templates in Lettr labs so that you can just do small updates to content when you want to send a new letter. It saves all your prior settings so you don't have to start from scratch every time. I also like that you can easily upload your address list. We use this service to send letters to leads on a monthly basis and the tool makes it easy to do this.

Very helpful team, good product, pricing works well and makes the payoff very good.
