It's a full-featured tool, with all of the capabilities that you'd expect of a category leader like Docusign, but at a much lower cost. We've increasingly integrated direct links into aspects of our commercial flows: they work well and once you've got them set up (which can be fiddly) they're highly usable. I can also commend the customer service who are responsive when I've needed them.
