The most helpful thing about legalesign is everything is done from a click of a button, the amount of time it saves us in invaluable, but then it also creates an audit trail and chasers the receipient until they sign the docuemnt and once they have its saved in the relevant folder. An absolute dream! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike, but it would be handy to be able to send doucments to dual signatories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good documentation, with good examples for different platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Creating a signable document link in our own emails - some more documentation would be useful surrounding any issues with particular browsers and platforms. Safari fix is noted, however we are still getting unreliable results in other browsers and platforms, where the user is presented with the 'clear cache' suggestion, which to an end-user may be beyond their expertise.
Our investigations are on-going however any anecdotal info on why this happens would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Functionally there's nothing to dislike. If I were forced to give an answer here the only thing I can think of is the user interface could use some modernisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
